We wish to appoint a suitable person to manage the school’s new Finch Room. This intervention could be provided short or long-term depending on the assessed need.
The Finch Room Manager will work closely with teachers, school counsellors, and other support staff to develop and implement tailored interventions that help pupils understand and regulate their emotions, manage behaviours, and improve their overall engagement with the school community.

Relevant certifications or training in behaviour management, emotional regulation or special education would be advantageous.
We are a “good” school (Ofsted 2023) with an ethos that encourages academic rigour, high expectations and a well disciplined approach to learning.
